1. Membership Types and Fees
- Adult Membership: $165 per year
- Junior Membership (under 18 years): $40 per year
All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
2. Membership Benefits
Membership provides access to:
- Unlimited golf play during the membership term
- Use of club facilities (subject to availability and club rules)
- Participation in member-only events, competitions, and activities (where applicable)
Benefits may vary and are subject to change at the club’s discretion.
3. Eligibility
- Junior members must be under 15 years of age at the time of purchase.
- The club reserves the right to request proof of age for Junior memberships.
4. Conduct and Use of Facilities
All members are expected to:
- Follow club rules, policies, and course etiquette.
- Treat staff, other members, and guests with respect.
- Use facilities responsibly and safely.
The club reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership if conduct is deemed inappropriate or in breach of club rules.
5. Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the named member.
6. Changes to Terms
The club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
Refund Policy
1. No Refunds on Change of Mind
- Membership fees are non-refundable once purchased.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
- Refunds or partial refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the club (e.g., serious illness, relocation). Requests must be submitted in writing.
3. Suspension or Cancellation by Club
If a membership is suspended or cancelled due to a breach of club rules, no refund will be provided.
4. Errors in Payment
If an overpayment or duplicate transaction occurs, the excess amount will be refunded.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
